Terms and Conditions

Batches will be done Face to Face only. IF there is a notification from the Government to not conduct the classes, then they will be done virtually. In such cases, no adjustment will be made for any fees paid.

Students will get back up through the AJ NEXT app (Android and IOS) of 25 hours for each subject. No backup will be provided beyond 25 hours of each subject. Back up lectures might either be of their batch or some other batch at the discretion of AJ NEXT. Backup will not be provided on windows devices. . Any backup beyond 30 hours will be chargeable.

AJ NeXt is very strict when it comes to the studies of the students. Everything is done to ensure that students study and pass in the first attempt.

It is ADVISABLE that students JOIN EARLY BIRD BATCHES only. Students joining EARLY BIRD BATCHES have far greater chances of clearing their CA INTER exams. In any case, a student will get his money back if he or she fails.

On public holidays, lectures may be of longer duration.

The portion may be delayed because of circumstances beyond our control (although it has never happened till now)

All doubts of students will be solved by the professors till their attempt.

No change of attempt is allowed for any reason.

IN CASE A STUDENT JOINS THE EARLY BIRD BATCH AND HE / SHE DOES NOT PASS CAFC EXAMS, HE OR SHE HAS TO SUBMIT THE RESULT WITHIN 1 WEEK TO AVAIL THE REFUND OF RS. 2000. AFTER THAT THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND FOR ANY REASON.

There is no refund for any reason.

Early Bird Batches will be done VIRTUAL LIVE via Secured AJ NEXT systems. This will be continued till it is fully safe for students to come to class.

Lectures will be telecasted live. Students will need to ensure they have a good internet connection in case they want to have VIRTUAL live lectures.

Students who have taken VIRTUAL LIVE LECTURES will be able to view the recording of these lectures till their attempt. These recording will be available till their attempt and will be useful for their revision. If FACE TO FACE LECTURES will be done, there will be maximum of 50 students in a batch (although classroom has a capacity of 125 students).

Even under FACE TO FACE OPTION, students will be able to get the recording of each lecture till their attempt.

When FACE TO FACE LECTURES resume, some lectures may take place in a virtual manner if circumstances so warrant.

If a students avails for full recorded lectures, they will be able to view each lecture 1.5 times. So if a subject is of 200 hours, students will be able to get 300 hours of recording till their attempt.

AJ NeXt is very strict when it comes to studies of the students. Everything that is done to ensure that student studies and passes in the first attempt.

In virtual, it is observed that students become very casual about studies. Parents should not interfere in the disciplinary action of AJ NeXt. AJ NEXT WAS THE ONLY INSTITUTION IN INDIA, WHICH DID NOT WASTE A SINGLE DAY OF THE STUDENTS DURING PANDEMIC & CONDUCTED ENTIRE COURSE AS PER SCHEDULE ALONG with FULL FLEDGED TEST SERIES.

Till the time results of CAFC are out, lectures may be of shorter duration (1:30 pm to 7 pm)

Advance schedule for 1 month is given for VIRTUAL LIVE lectures.

EVERY DOUBT OF STUDENT WILL BE RESOLVED BY THE PROFESSORS WITHIN 24 HOURS TILL YOUR EXAMS.

Technical Requirements (depending on what you are using to view the lectures) – Don’t change the device once used.
Windows 7 and above with Minimum 2 GB of RAM (PC or LAPTOP)
ANDROID 8 and above (will work on Android phone / Tablet)
IOS 10 and above (will work on IPAD / IPHONE)

A student can only change from TYPE I to TYPE II and from TYPE IV to TYPE V. This option has to be exercised when AJ NeXt announces face to face lectures. Rest no other conversions are possible under any circumstances.Moreover even these transfers at discretion of AJNEXT.

If a student takes individual subject and wants to shift to combo, they will have to pay Rs. 3000 as transfer fees. Shifting from combo to individual subject is not possible. Moreover, these transfers at discretion of AJNEXT.

We are giving 20% extra hours to all students. Beyond that, it will not be possible for us to extent. Such requests will not be entertained for any reasons.

In case a student joins early bird batch and he / she does not pass CAFC exams, he or she has to submit the result within 1 week to avail the refund of Rs. 2000. After that there will not be any refund for any reason.

There is no refund for any reason. (Except if student does not clear CAFC. We want mark sheet of result within a week to process refund)
